ANNOUNCE: Xfce 4.16 released

Hi  everyone,

Merry Christmas !
At the Xfce Team, thank you very much for your hard work an the 
marvelous Christmas gift you gave us all.

Xfce 4.16 is already available in ArchLinux repository so I've already 
been playing along it.
One unadvertised feature I've discovered is the QR-code support in the 
clipboard. I didn't know I needed this feature 2 weeks ago and now it's 
better implemented than in my browser extension. Kudos !
