Upper/Bottom workspace keyboard shortcuts in 4.14

Hi all,

With either a 2-workspaces or 4-workspaces set-up up to recently 
CTRL+ALT+UP/DOWN (as set-up in the Window Manager > Keyboard) settings 
would work e.g. with workspaces like this:

W1 | W2
---|---
W3 | W4

from W1 to W3 or from W2 to W4

Now this doesn't seem to be working (while CTRL+ ALT + LEFT/RIGHT will 
correctly cycle.

Is there anything I'm missing? I don't think I changed anything in the 
configurations.

Any help appreciated.
