Time zones again

Still on Fedora30.  I am waiting for 32 to come out before spending the 
time and effort, but...

Just complaining again.

IETF106 is in Singapore.  I am in Singapore, via Seoul.  That is two 
times I needed to run timedatectl from a terminal window.

Granted it has been a while since the last timezone jump, but when they 
do happen, it takes time to figure out the right city to use. This time 
at least they were listed...

But finding Seoul at first was not easy.

Or have I just missed it being added???
