Hi,

Thanks everyone for this release.

I submitted several trivial patches and some of them have not been committed (neither reviewed).

- Add support of xfce4-screensaver in xfce4-power-manager (bug #15640)
- Don't install pkgconfig file and shared library in xfce4-session (bug #15417). It is mainly for packager.

- New plugin, rsvg-thumbnailer in Tumbler (bug #15569). 

Since xfdesktop 4.13.x wallpaper manager in Ristretto is broken. I also submitted a workaround [1]. (This patch works fine with xfdesktop 4.12 and 4.13). So I think maintenance release is needed.
