no function on [Alt] [F2] ... [F6]

I have done thos before. xev shows no Mod2

Same on all PCs with Xubuntu 18.04

But meanwhile I HAVE IT:

Mod2 is numlock!

framstag at wupp:~: xmodmap -pm | grep mod2
mod2        Num_Lock (0x4d)

I can deactivate it with "numlockx off" and now xbindkeys works without
Mod2 in its config file.

Also all window manager keys [Ctrl]/[Alt] [Fxx] work ONLY when numlock is
off!

This is a bug in Xubuntu 18.04!
