Xorg 100% CPU after unlock disabling keyboard shortcut

Hi,

Since xubuntu 18.04 I think,
when I unlock my screen, during a short period (30 to 120 sec),
depending on the CPU capacity, the keyboard shortcut I defined are
unavailable.

I defined the shortcut graphically in: Keyboard > Application shortcuts

I think all the keyboard shortcut defined in |xfce4-settings-manager|,
are disabled, in fact they seems delayed.

Example Super+T for opening a terminal (default one)
Or any custom one I defined.

I found those bugs or some related post, but no fix:

"some keyboard shortcuts don't work after logout - login" -
https://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=11363
"have to wait about 10s after unlocking before xfce kbd shortcuts work"
""Compose key" setting set to "-" ignores keyboard shortcuts for 10
seconds after session unlock" -
https://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=13305
https://www.queryxchange.com/q/3_1107973/xorg-high-cpu-usage-when-session-is-unlocked/

I would like to help diagnose or fixing this behavior.

I noticed a process Xorg stuck at 100%  on one core at unlock, could it
be the wrong one?

Could someone gives me some hint to go deeper and post related
information to the good ticket tracker in order to fix that?

Regards,

Sylvain.
