reset user config to default?

I have somehow messed up my xfce config for my user account.
Several things like functions keys and menus are horrible misconfigured.

When I log in as another user with a new created HOME everything is ok.
For I do not want to "rm -rf $HOME" : how can I reset (only) the xfce
config? 
Or even better: save the config before...
