Notification area tooltips out of screen

Hi guys.

I installed Arch with XFCE a few weeks ago, and noticed that the balloons
with infos from notification area icons, appears out of the screen.
I've attached an image to show what happens.

You can see a white line under the mouse cursor.
It happens dispite the WM decoration or GTK theme.
Does ay one knows how can I fix that??
