xfce4-terminal does not start

Thanks for the quick response. Hm I should have mentioned that in the first
place. Yes, I can launch mousepad fine from "Start" -> "Accessories" ->
"Mousepad".

Another reply in the thread suggested "xfce4-terminal --disable-server"
which seems to be solving the issue.
