Hi,

apt{-get} is useless for managing Arch Linux packages, but it's useful
as first aid regarding super cow powers issues, so I even have it
installed for my Arch Linux.

[rocketmouse at archlinux ~]$ apt moo
                 (__) 
                 (oo) 
           /------\/ 
          / |    ||   
         *  /\---/\ 
            ~~   ~~   
..."Have you mooed today?"...

This isn't a replacement for your bouncing cows, but might help you to
survive.
