Problems with panel scaling with LightDM and Xfce 4.13

Dear Xfce folks,


With xfce4-panel 4.13.3 starting the Xfce session with windows
scaling set to 2x (Appearances) from GDM, the panels are
correctly scaled.

Starting it from LightDM 1.26.0 the panel is too small, but the
windows are scaled.

Do you know, what the reason could be?
