Restore xfce4 Timer settings

To restore xfce4 timer settings:

Create a text file in home directory
with  the following instructions
(numbered order is significant):

"/home/name/timer.txt

1 - Install xfce4-timer-plugin.rpm
2 - cp /home/name/timer.rc64.txt /home/name/.config/xfce4/panel/XfceTimer.rc
3 - Add timer-plugin to panel

will restore previous settings for new installation"
