Using systemctl hybrid-sleep for hibernate in Xfce

For some obscure reason, hibernate though Xfce button does not work in my laptop (without doubts because of my old nvidia card).
But systemctl commands work (s2disk also). So, I would like to replace the default action for hibernate in Xfce by "systemctl hybrid-sleep".
I could just add a keyboard shortcut but I want the default action for hibernate when reaching a low pourcent of battery life to be systemctl (or s2disk).
Cheers,
