Missing Desktop

Hi All,

Fedora Core 25
Xfce 4.12

One of my Fedora machines booted up without its desktop.
Both launchers came up.  The desktop is gray, all the icons
are gone, and right clicking on the desktop does nothing.

What do I need to restart?
