not based on what you provided, 450 is a normal temporary failure code
used in greylisting. If the code isn't a 5xx then it's not been
rejected.

That's not the same thing.

You may have got a DSN of some kind, but Dreamhost's MTA didn't have a
valid reason for reporting a rejection.
