Hi,
even the bounce messages sometimes are hold back by an ISP.
Log in your account, https://mail.xfce.org/mailman/listinfo/xfce, on
the top of the page mailman shows a bounce score [1], assumed there
should be issues regarding bounced messages, IOW messages that couldn't
be sent from mailman to you. For messages from you, to the xfce mailman
list, it's the task of your ISP to inform you by postmaster messages
[2].

You could take a look at the archive, then you could notice that it
wasn't published, https://mail.xfce.org/pipermail/xfce/.
