Thanks! Those packages are also in the regular Debian repo. I
installed them and now the error message has indeed gone. The
fact that there is no video is most likely because the stream
has been discontinued. It was a live webcam from the nest of a
white-tailed eagle but the offspring has probably flown from
the nest by now.
