How recover file lost when Thunar crashed during cut-and-paste?

Well, I've just had it happen again, and here's an error from syslog:
Feb 19 12:58:19 lucky kernel: [21790.216894] Thunar[1030]: segfault
at 1 ip 00007f917a8647bd sp 00007ffd827492d8 error 4 in
libgobject-2.0.so.0.4600.2[7f917a830000+51000]
Any thoughts?
I'm sure it was this problem we're discussing this time.
Again, as per usual, for me, the files still made it where they were going.
