[Desktop] midori browser config file

I am using midori web browser v 0.5.8 and have trouble overriding
default download/upload folders via the ui, I wonder if anyone can
post how this setting is stored in a midori .config file since
apparently the .config file omits some settings if they have default
values --- so I am just looking for a line like

download-dir-attr-name = /value/path

and the same for upload folder, thanks for any help
