Release notes for 0.4.2

* Fixed check against wrong major version of Clutter for old
  hack to resize stage to screen size. Also changed this check
  from compile-time to runtime (GH #95)
* Changed method to find desktop window. This fixes problems
  finding desktop window in daemon mode (GH #80)
