icon positions

Hi All,

Xfce 4.10.1-7.el7

Not to ask too stupid a question, but how do I get my icons to
stay where I placed them after I reboot?

I tried logging out and saving my settings.  It worked
when logging back in, but went back to the former positions
after I rebooted.
