Power manager previously came with a brightness plugin and a tray icon.
The tray icon has been replaced with a panel plugin, and the
functionality of the brightness plugin has been moved to that plugin. So
there is the power manager and the power manager plugin.
There is a separate battery plugin available, which is not part of the
power manager. If you use the power manager plugin, you will probably
not need this separate battery plugin.
