* Fixed bug that minimized windows will not be shown in windows view
* Fixed bug that windows will not receive live updates when running
  in non-daemon mode because non-daemon mode was handled like a
  suspended application in daemon mode
* configure script now allows to enable or disable optional features
  like XComposite and XDamage (for window live updates)
* Application menu model will be reloaded if we get notified by
  garcon that menu items and folders changed and require a reload.
  This affects not only the applications view but also search view.
* Reload icons if icon theme in GTK+ changes to reflect this change
  also in xfdashboard
* Show hint message how to get debug messages displayed if compiled
  with debug enabled
