desktop for Mageia 4?

In the upper right hand corner of the login scree, in the bar, there
should be thre icons. The one to the left of the three - right-click and
it should offer you to select your desktop.

As for 'looks like'? The wallpaper and icons are changed. Happens every
time.  :-)
