Release notes for 0.2.2
========================

* Fixed a problem when loading images and icons from SVG files. These
  were loading in smallest possible size and them upscaled to requested
  size which made them look ugly. This was fixed by loading them in
  requested size directly.
* Splitted key event handling in more specialized function to handle
  'key-press' and 'key-release' seperately. This makes handling pressed
  and hold keys (e.g. for moving selection) which are called repeatly as
  long as pressed and released keys which are called only once easier
  and cleaner.
