Hello,

The Xfce 4.10 PPA by the Xubuntu Team provides it, along with lots of 
other packages (like Thunar 1.6.x) :

https://launchpad.net/~xubuntu-dev/+archive/xfce-4.10

If I had to choose only one PPA for Xubuntu 12.04 (or Ubuntu 12.04 with 
Xfce. It's the same repos anyway), it would be that one. :)
