How to make a LiveCD of Xubuntu 9.10

I would strongly disagree to installing 4 years old (X)Ubuntu on any
machine.

Anyway, if you download recent Xubuntu 13.10 or 12.04 LTS (Long Time
Support) http://xubuntu.org/getxubuntu/ you'll get LiveCD right away.
