Keyboard shortcut to unmaximize (restore) a window?

Unrelated to my previous post, save that I came across them at the same time.

It's possible to configure keyboard shortcuts for maximize (Alt-F10),
minimize (F9), resize (F8), and move (F7), but not the one remaining
one in the set: Restore, aka unmaximize, which would normally be on
Alt-F5. Is there some other term for this? Currently Alt-F10 toggles
the window's maximization state, but I'd prefer to configure this to
force the window maximized, and Alt-F5 to force it unmaximized.
