Skippy-XD packages (for Ubuntu users) and compilation instructions

Dear all,
A quick update on the Skippy-XD front.

Recently development has resumed at GitHub (
https://github.com/richardgv/skippy-xd ) and many crashes and
performance issues have been fixed. For Ubuntu daily builds check the
'Skippy-XD PPA (daily)' (
https://launchpad.net/~landronimirc/+archive/skippy-xd-daily/ ).
