scroll wheel mystery solved

Hi All,

Xfce 4.8

I posted about a year or two ago about a strange
thing that occasionally happened when I scrolled
my mouse wheel: instead of scrolling the page, other
running programs would pop into focus.

Finally figured out what is happening.  If I am
reading something and not paying attention to
where my mouse is and my mouse wanders up to
my Panel #1 and hovers over a program (blank
stop on the panel don't count), when I scroll
the wheel, Xfce will scroll into focus all of
the programs on the task bar, one at a time.

Took forever, but I "finally" figured it out.
