Changing the font color of xfce-weather-applet

There is no way to handle it specially via gtkrc, and to be honest I 
wouldn't expect users to do it that way. What's more, the scrollbox 
appears to be some custom widget, and for some reason I couldn't even 
make it behave the same way as other widgets, so there could be problems 
with some themes. It may be possible, but I gave up after several 
frustrating tries.

As a workaround, the next version of the weather plugin will allow you 
to apply font and text color settings _manually_ via the configuration 
dialog. This will be especially useful when one wants to use multiple 
lines in the scrollbox. These changes are already in git, though I have 
a bunch of other necessary fixes that I need to commit to the 
repository. I hope to get around to doing that soon and make a release, 
but at the moment I'm a bit busy with several other things.
