workspaces only on primary monitor

Hello!

In a dual monitor setup, does anyone know if it is possible "workspaces" 
only on primary monitor? This option is available in cinnamon (and old 
GNOME, I think) which I have found to be quite convenient. A workaround 
I am using right now is to select "Always on Visible workspace" option 
for the windows I move to the second monitor.
