Release notes for 4.8.4
=======================
This is production release of Orage.

  Orage 4.8.4 is compatible with Xfce 4.6 and 4.8 and 4.10. 
  It can also be used in Gnome, but clock panel applet is only available

  for Xfce.

Fixes after 4.8.3 release:
        * updated translations for ar, be, bg, ca, cs, da, de, el,
          en_GK, es, eu, fr, he, hi, hr, hu, id, it, ja, ko, lt,
          nn, pl, pt, pt_BR, ru, sk, sr, uk, ug, zh_CN, zh_TW
          41 languages now translated at least to 80% 
                (23 languages to 100%)
        * bug 8525: Orage notifies every second on "All day events"
        * bug 4817: anchor('#') does not work in help links
        * bug 9243: strptime() needs _XOPEN_SOURCE_EXTENDED defined
        * bug 9248: internal libical fix SSPM_UNKNOWN_MINOR_TYPE

Enhancements after 4.8.3 release:
        * bug 8231: alarm type is selectable for foreign files
        * bug 9739: new TODOs start as NOT completed
        * bug 9738: main window sorts TODOs by due-date
        * bug 9598: main window tooltip shows title and location bold
