Whiskermenu howto?

Do you have an instance of Whisker Menu in your Xfce panel? There is never a 
print out from /usr/bin/xfce4-whiskermenu-popup; that just sends a message to 
your Xfce panel to tell the first instance of Whisker Menu to show itself (or 
hide, if it is already visible).
