Before using now Xfce, I was trying out LXDE. Yes, it runs, but it is
very hard to get involved. There are compilation hints which do not
work, no replies in the IRC channels, and all in all it seemed to me
like a one man show.
Which is a pity, because I am more familiar with Qt than with Gtk. But
hey, the C language has its charm, too.
