ANNOUNCE: xfdesktop 4.11.2 released

  That particular patch didn't end up getting used, however several other
patches did land in xfdesktop 4.11.1 to fix issues with the right click
menus:
* Right click menu improvements:
  - Right click issues persist (Bug 9323)
  - Fix menu pop ups via the command line
  - Fix template sub-menu loading code (Bug 10138)
  - Speed up template sub-menu loading code (Bug 7834)
If you were seeing issues with the menus popping up and are able to test
out the xfdesktop dev release it'd be nice to ensure those issues are now
resolved.
