Broken Midori browser in F19 XFCE. How to fix the iso image?

I'm afraid ABRT doesn't work when installed/called from a LiveCD boot.

sudo systemctl start abrtd
works (but shows no output, it just returns to command line)
abrt-applet
apparently loads
(*apparently loads*, but stays there (no output and doesn't return to
the command line).

 sudo systemctl start abrt-vmcore
FAILS
with error

The above must be the most unhelpul, cryptic errror message I've seen.
 "The result is dependency" makes me think whoever wrote that error
message is not a native English speaker either.
