Unfortunately not. I noticed this page --  
http://wiki.xfce.org/design/xfce4-settings/useraccounts -- but if the  
feature described is included by default in the Xfce4 configuration  
for Debian wheezy, then it's not in Settings.

Is "User Accounts" perhaps available somewhere as a separate  
(preferably Debian) package?
