XFCE for touchsreen

Hi,

I use XFCE for my touchscreen devices. Doing so I have (at the moment)
two features which I am looking for:

* I did not find a setting to open applications with maximized window by default
* Is it possible to hide the mouse pointer for certain mouse devices?
E.G. If only touchscreen mouse is there I would like to hide mouse
pointer.
