Shutdown with systemd

I'm just a simple user.
But don't you have /sbin/shutdown? systemd is what provides it here in Fedora.

What could be happening too is that the system is just halting instead of powering off?
systemctl poweroff = shutdown -h
systemctl reboot = shutdown -r
(I think)

Anyway, as a side-note, maybe xfce4-session will support systemd directly afterwards.
