Darklooks theme for gtk3 apps?

Dear all
I've recently upgraded to Xubuntu 12.04 and I have some theming trouble.
In Xfce I normally use the dark theme Darklooks (gnome-themes-extras
package) [1][2], but since it is a GTK2 theme it doesn't work with
several apps that are already ported to GTK3 (Evince, Gnome-MPlayer,
bits of Synaptic, etc.).

Does anyone know a GTK3 version of Darklooks or perhaps a GTK3
Darklooks lookalike? Otherwise how do you deal when your Xfce is
mostly using one theme but has multiple GTK3 apps using a totally
different theme?
