Status and possible workarounds for no password after hibernate

Actually I can't do that. Strictly speaking it's not 'my' machine and 
other people are entitled to use it logging into their accounts (on 
another operating system).
Anyhow if I had to put in a BIOS password, I prefer the workaround 
described in my initial message :)
