Release notes for 4.11.0

[Please note that this is a development release.]

Fist development release for xfce4-settings. The display settings have
been much improved with supporting extended desktop mode for 2 monitors
and an improve minimal dialog.

Parts of the XKB plugin have also been integrated in the keyboard
settings, allowing you to switch between multiple layouts.
