Xfce slow start

My Xfce is really slow to start. Where can I start to look to get to
know the cause?

I'm using a dual-screen configuration (monitor + laptop screen).

The "~/.xsession-errors" file have a lot of this entry:

    (xfwm4:<pid>): xfwm4-WARNING **: Another Window Manager is already running

And this:

    xfdesktop[<pid>]: starting up

And this:

    xfdesktop[<pid>] is already running; assuming --reload

Not sure if it's related... =/
