Separate announce list? (Was: ANNOUNCE: xfce4-mount-plugin 0.6.4 released)

7 was May, 77 was April, the month with Xfce 4.10 and it's two
pre-releases.

One more reason to keep them on this list. ;)

However an announce list with reply-to xfce at xfce.org list would be fine
for me, too.
