File name for the panel description.

XFCE has stopped working for User A. So I created user B and will move
my work files over to user B. Now somewhere in /home/A (not the real
name of course) I have a file which describes the panel with icons at
the bottom of the screen. Does anyone know the name of this file? It
will save me some time if I can just move this file.
