Weather Update... doesn't, sometimes.

Yup, since yesterday behavior of the Weather Update applet in Xfce 4.8
on my Debian testing systems (all 5 of them) has been sporadic. Lost
function early yesterday evening, got it back later, had it this
morning, gone this afternoon and tonight.
