Session not saving when I ask it to

The "Prompt on logout" box doesn't seem to do anything either, unless
I'm misunderstanding it.  Even without it ticked I *still* get asked if
I really want to logout.  ... or is it meant to ask if I want to save
the session at logout? It doesn't.
