how do I copy one launcher to a second launcher?

Hi All,

I am using Xfce 4.8

I have a launcher with about 43 items on it.  I would
like to make a copy of it to a blank launcher.  Then
prune the two down to size.

How do I copy one launcher to a second launcher?
