How di I turn off hover click?

I believe this is part of:
Settings -- >
Window Manager -->
Focus -->
Focus Model
Choose the proper radio button:
"Click to Focus" versus "Focus Follows Mouse"
Close and all should be fine.
Is that enough detail?
